Use this site or join The Possible and you’re agreeing to these. We’ve kept them short and honest — the way we’d want to read them.
What The Possible is
A not-for-profit movement, part of Agencie.io Labs, operated by Agencio APAC Pte Ltd (Singapore). Membership is by invitation and validated by the room. We can decline or remove anyone, at our discretion, to protect the room and the people in it.
The rules of the room
Membership runs on our founding principle and the house rules: bring something real, what’s said in the room stays in the room, and never use it as leverage over another member. Anything abusive, illegal, or built to harm — and you’re out.
All advice is advisory only
Everything shared in The Possible — legal, financial, technical or otherwise — is advisory only, given in good faith, and is not formal professional advice. No client relationship is created. Seek your own counsel before relying on anything you hear here.
Build Rooms & contributions
Costs are laid out openly (the Spot Cost Contract) and covered — no freeloading, and no one out of pocket. NDAs and roles are agreed up front. You keep your IP. The ideas and work created in a room belong to the people who create them — The Possible takes no cut and claims no ownership of your work.
Commercial engagements
Building something commercial is a separate, paid engagement run through Agencie.io Labs under its own scope, terms, IP and pricing — not part of the not-for-profit movement. See Commercial builds.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to display it within the platform so the room can work. Don’t post anything you don’t have the right to share.
Brand & intellectual property
“Agencie.io” and “The Art and Science of the Possible” are registered trademarks. This site and its contents are private and proprietary. Please don’t copy, redistribute or misuse them.
Privacy
How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy page.
No warranty & liability
The site and the platform are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for any loss arising from using the site or relying on advice shared within The Possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
